Boulderactive 2007 @ Plaza Singapura

Yday was the first boulder comp that I participated in...
Glad to say that I didnt suffer much from any perfomance anxiety...
Went out there, did my best, didnt have much regrets except for the first route lol...
Overall the whole comp was quite enjoyable...
Plus the mini-stunt I did at the last wall =D
Im quite satisfied with my score of 2 flashes and 1 top...
Came in 30th position...
Although I didnt get into the finals...
But well I didnt disappoint anyone, especially myself...
According to Philip, our performance as a club yday was one of the best that he had seen...
And I quite agree...
All of us went all out and its quite obvious that some of us really put in the extra effort to make it count...
In the end Terence Weicheng and Eleanor got into the finals...
Not bad a showing...
Hope they can own the finals routes just like they owned the routes in the qualifiers...
Haha...

Rongjun performed well yday...
3 flashes and 1 top...
Ranked 11th... Suay la him or else he would be in the finals liao...
Haha he was nervous as hell before the comp...
Jingwen and me was psycho-ing him from morning til the time he competed...
Before he left the isolation zone, Jingwen told him "Its just the routes and you"
And I gave him 3 words "Go for it"
Lol guess those words really had an effect on him...
Really glad that he could pull himself together and keep himself composed...
Well now Im gonna take the 3 words I gave him and use it for myself... =P
